Is this a scam on a phone?

Well, I was looking on ebay for a new phone, since mine is broken, and I came across this. I didn't pay yet, but decided I'd just win the item and if it seems like a scam, just blow it off. Whadda you think. (if you can't see the link tell me)
EBAY link- seems somewhat fishy
the only thing that made me think this was real was the 100% feedback rating.

hmmm, you looking at the same link as me? well, it says he has 47 positive feedback reviews... i have yet to pay so im satisfied for now BTW, this is a 500 dollar phone

I understand that, you think I didn't read that before bidding? The free ipod thing actually works (saw the tech tv video about it) and this could be similar. Coventry, I'll do my research and if worst comes to worst, I won't pay.

rock, he has 45 pos feedback, but only 10 are from buyers, the rest are all from people who sold stuff to this person.

i think u wasted ur money since it isnt the phone u just spent 46 dollars on, but a link to spend another 40 dollars. w/e well see

Ahh, i see. I didn't spend any money though. I just won the auction, thats all. No 46 dollar payment through paypal. BTW, I'm not following through w/ this.

If all this is true, then your spend $46 for the links, $40 for the CD or E-book, and then $40 for the phone. That's still less than the phone from a store, but why not just use the free one that comes with your plan?

it'd be 86 in total, you don't pay 40 more for the phone. Btw, this phone doesnt come free w/ a plan, its 500 dollars even w/ a plan But.. I told him that after doing some research, I decided that this was a scam and that I wouldn't be following through with the sale.
