AnimationShop most of the time - it comes with JASC PaintShop package ( whose older versions are widely "available" on the net )
Sometimes I'd use irfanview ( 100% free ) but not now.

Cool, I use Paint Shop Pro for everything I do, back in the days I had Psp4 and thought it was the best tool out there... But you needed another programme to make animations...
So when I got a new cpu and saw psp8 "available" I got it, and I'm afraid I havn't had time to get familiar with the gazillion of new functions since then....
