astonmartinV12, if you wanna resize an avatar, it's simple. save the aston martin pic to your computer, open it with paint if you don't have ps, click resize, put 90x67 pixels for the pic quality to remain.

If you slow it down it will probably end up looking like it's showing various pictures shot seconds apart. The only reason it doesn't look like that now is because it's going fast enoguh to fool the eye.

Everybody wants some big fancy moving avatar. Heck, my avy is good enough for me, it's a portriat(of me, the muscles anyway)!

what ?

Fidn me another forum where you get so many guys willing to do custom avatars just by asking !!!

Large avatars and LARGE sigs are wasteful of dowload time and space. So UCP tries to sit in a reasonabel compormoise where NOBODY is penalised by eing on slow connection AND you can get cool avatars that dont' take up half of the screen space and make the CONTENT of the posts hard to find/read !!!

First, wmvs are abotu as compressed as you can make an animate/moving imate, so getting a 340Kb file down to one TENTH the size is pushing your luck.

Secondly, the wmv has dissolves of the images, again, somethign that is NOT goign to be possible in a compressed gif where transitions are best ketp as simple.

So, you've asked the impossible.

best to get the individual pics that went to make the video and get it done as a propoer animated gif.

In your court

I would like to point out that the UCP writing is going the wrong way.
