For LORDS sake MP download this program and do it yourself. Convert the files to GIF first though and don't forget to resize. Go!

Does that work for MPEG/AVI as well??? Oh, can also someone please post a link to it, that isnt on raidshare. I am behind a Proxy server and it wont let me download

10 centiseconds ???

You need to set each frame in the gif file to it's delay time.
Not sure with what your're using if you can set it globally or have to select all frames adn apply it or apply it frame by frame. Click the HELP button

Nah he's using the UnFREEz I uploaded. Problem with it is that you only have one speed for ALL frames. Explains why I always ask you to delay the spi-ti-tout frame in my avatar for around 1 second everytime. Can't do it with this. m_p, delay the time for around 50 cs and see the difference. Gradually you'll learn the difference and how different avatars need different timings.

EDIT: Did Canuck's avatar, here y'are man. Matra can you please do forza_autodelta's? Since I can't.

I could have said "you got me" but watching Matra Crisis and taz many times over I can counter by saying "technically I did it free for you anyways which means I didn't own you anything. If I did a favor for you the first time why do I owe you one now?? "

I'll do it for you this time but for next time, get IrfanView and convert those files with no visible colour losses
