What you need for a basic avatar:
Resizer (PhotoShop, ACDSee, Ulead iPhoto Plus 4.0)
Converter (IrfanView, Paint)
Compiler (UnFreeze <- I can give you that)

Get all these then come to me

Or just get AnimationShop
