My Nissan Pulssar nx needs your help plz read

ok i just rebuilt the fly wheel and put the motor in it was runing just fine a day ago and today it was good but now it runs like shit it doesnt acelerate at all it has no guts anyone with any clue email me a punchin_clowns_@hotmail.com

My buddy's MR2 lost all power/acceleration just before one of his cracked conrods snapped and punched a hole in the block. I hope, for your sake, that this isn't a similar problem.
