Jay Leno drives into the record books.

See what money can do!!!!

What car nut doesn’t simultaneously admire and passionately envy Jay Leno (seen here with one of the first 50 Ford GTs)? The man has a virtually unlimited bank roll to feed his auto addiction. Last Thursday the Tonight Show host was getting jiggy at Talladega Superspeedway with a stock Porsche Carrera GT. He set three world records on the track including fastest lap ever run from a standing start on a closed course by a production vehicle (156.603), fastest mile (128.14) and fastest kilometer (110.478). Prior to the record runs Leno lost control of the Carrera GT while going 182 mph and spun it five times on Talladega’s front stretch. He reportedly saw his entire net worth flash before his eyes during the incident.

I like the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson better than the Tonight Show

Yeah it was him driving, I was watching this on TV and before his record run he spun out and like the crew or nobody moved at all just stood there in shock and than the other driver sped up to his crash site in another CGT. But before he did the record rn, He went around the track and got pointers and such from a race driver.
