wow. thats low.
i have been in situations like that. i was sitting in our lexus and some old lady comes up in a CTS into a handicaped spot at CVS. she got out of the car ( i was sitting on the passenger side (see diagram) she opened her door, realy hard i might add, f*cking our lexus's door and went away. and on the otherside, some redneck did the same thing in his minivan. the lady wasnt even disabled. no disabled tags, no disabled passes hanging anywhere.... i wanted to smack her... but i just moved to another spot cuz i wanted to nap....

{redneck's van} [lexus] (old lady's car) the |'s are the parking lines

yes, she did park on the line....

I'm sorry but that's just stupidity. I don't care how angry this broad is, but I would have given her a tongue-lashing she'd never forget. Because of her actions you had to puy to repair/paint the dent.

Regardless, she hit his door... and she just walked off like nothing happened. I cracked someone's bumper, and paid 660 dollars... so if she dents his door, she should pay the price as well.

This guy once parked his Lincoln too close to my brother's 300Z TT, this is back in the early 90s. The door had been opened with such force that it took paint off in an area about this size:

He said you could see a red mark on the edge of the Lincoln's door. So, instead of waiting for the fart he just left him a nice souvenir (read: keying) for him to take home aswell.

The guy in the Porsche overreacted or maybe that car is his reason for being, only then he was in the right.

of course, no 911 owners are stuck-up bastards.

Obviously this bloke was an absolute tool. I mean, he couldn't go round and get in the other side? Was he such a bad driver that he couldn't back out off a park when someone's parked to close? In that case, should he be driving a Porsche?

It amazes me the no action taken approach.

All you need to do is take their license, get someoen ELSE to witness the damage and send it ALL to the insurance company. It all getes fixed at the other persons expense and does NOT affect yoru no-claim bonus. If it turns out they're not insured then the witness and you provide the info to the police and you raise a civil claim.

Seems plain silly NOT to do the proper legal process adn NOT be out of pocket
