you're so ****ing biased towards canons you can't see that there are other good cameras out there. you make me not want a canon, not to mention from my experience canon users (non-proffesional) are asses

The only one with any real 'star quality' I'd say is the dog one, not so sure about the monochrome though. I think the rest are all a bit generic, know what I mean? Except the yacht one, obviously. It's an interesting idea, and experimenting is the path to taking better pics, but it didn't really work. Try the same technique on a more dynamic subject, it could work.
Edit: Best of luck for the comp, by the way. Is it possible to attend the judging? They tend to be honest and very blunt, but it's not a bad way to pick up some good pointers. Last edited by VtecMini; 04-16-2006 at 04:54 AM.
