You can't really just get them from anywhere.
Take a look here: The official avatar resizing thread.
Post a link to the video and specify which part you want made as an avatar, I'm sure somebody will help you out sooner or later

i have a video i took that i want made into an avatar..how do i attach it or post it online??

EDIT: I just realised that video files can be attached..my bad..
