Kidding over the moon. If you didnt know, I am starting an apprenticeship with Subaru UK, and have finally got my toolbox.

So now I have myself a Snap-On Evolution rollcab, topchest, and cover. Perfect nick, a few months old... £720. Couldnt even get the topbox for that price if I bought it new!

Started off at £550... bidding got absolutely crazy - I set my upper limit at 700, saw in the last remaining seconds I had been outbidded by a reserve, stuck in 720 on the last SECOND... and got it
Forgive my ignorance but what makes Snap-on Toolboxes so expensive? I'm about to hop on google but is there a difference between Snap-On and your average run of the mill toolchest?

Hard to explain to be honest... they just feel right to use, and since everyone likes them, they can bump their prices up massively high and there will always be people still buying them.

About 20 glasses of beer. Proved to much so my investment is now somewhere in the backyard, rotting away. Also proved to be the reason for the next as I have a severely bruised foot due to the biking that got quite difficult. Ooooooops...

Damnit missed two parties allready do to this crap ! Can't drive to france anymore AND might miss two more parties tomorrow and wednesday.

The runners won't stick on a Snap-ON.
The drawers won't jam on a Snap-On
The wheels will always glide smoothly on a Snap-On.
Weight in drawers and on wheels isn't a problem with a Snap-On.
You won't break into a Snap-On ( without some serious tools )

Finally ... it looks "professional" and is "keeping up with the jones's" in the workshop
