New Jersey still sucks.

So for years I've been hearing how much it sucks trying to drive a lowered car in New Jersey. I thought it was just a bunch of people being sissies. Not so. Today was the first show I attended in NJ with der Uberwagen lowered. And I definitely bent something in the front left suspension hitting a pothole on I287 at, oh I don't know, 75ish? Yeah, something I have to have looked at tomorrow at work. Car drives more crooked than usual...

Then the real fun part. A few of the goons I was cruising down to Show n Go with decided it'd be a good idea to video tape the cruise. Not a bad idea. Leaning out of a car at 90mph without your seatbelt on is. And someone called the cops on them. About 4 State Troopers took down the pack of 25-30 cars and issued us all citations for "Risk of causing accident." Sounds made up to me. I didn't even have a camcorder, so I don't know why I got a ticket. Ufck New Jersey. Ufck the police.

Finally got to the show around 930. Cars were still pouring in well into the afternoon. We had the track all to ourselves, unlike previous years where we've had to share it with the Quick 8 muscle cars and 1/4 scale dragsters. Overall, it was a good show. Some quality cars. Some questionable cars. Lots of hotties. And sunburn. Ow.
