I don't think any car sold in 2007 should be eligible. Imagine if a very old car was about to be superseeded but was sold until Jan 2007. It would still be eligible, but hardly the 2007 COTY, don't you think?

Perhaps it's an idea to look towards the magazines and other websites with their various COTY/PCOTY nominations. They all have a specific set of rules regarding what is allowed as an entry for each year, rather than our current arrangement.

I remembered one more car, too to nominate - Gallardo Superleggera. It wasn't remembered by me or anyone else in pre-voting thread, and now it's too late .
