It's bad. But the other option is worse, which means that as long as the Ypsilon and Musa sell and they make money with them Lancia won't fold.

The problem with closing down a brand is that it's not as easy as it sounds. It's not matter only of switching off the production lines, but think of the money you'd have to compensate the workers to lay them off, the money to compensate the dealers, the economies of scale lost, the possible loss of market share,...

Axing a brand costs an insane amount of money. So sometimes even if the situation isn't all that good it's better to soldier on.
