We actually used to have one of these when I was real young, around 1990 or so, a '65 4-door hardtop in black. Now THAT was a car. That 401ci motor could really move, too. I still have the original California black license plates that were issued for it in '65, the owner's manual and an official Buick accessories guide from it, too.

Today I saw a Peugeot 307 3-door hatch, a Maserati Quattroporte, a '71 Olds Cutlass convertible, and a '55 Chebby 2-door hardtop.

Cool stuff. The trunklid itself is like a good quarter of the length of the car.

Why would a Peugeot be in America?

It was up from Aguascalientes, Mexico

Today I witnessed a gorgeous resale red '69 Mustang Mach 1 SportsRoof heading east on Texas Highway 31 between Brownsboro and Chandler. Mmmm, sweetness.

I passed a new Volvo XC90 V8 on the A3, it flew away from the lights sounding absolutely amazing!

Saw a bloke driving a Lotus Exige in traffic this morning. Looked like he'd left it out last night by the dew on it.

This afternoon:

Orange '69 Camaro SS 396, bright red '72 Monte Carlo, an orange C6 Convertible, a yellow 997 Turbo and a black NSX. An old one, probably '93. Schweet.

Been a pretty rich weekend. Yesterday (saturday) and today (sunday) I have seen 2x '55-57 Thunderbirds, a '57 Ford Fairlane 500, a '55 Chevy 2-dr hardtop, early 50's Chebby and Studebaker pickups, a Porsche 911 cabby, a Chrysler 300c SRT and Challenger SRT (or R/T or whatever that top model's called), a Honda Rune and a Honda Valkyrie Interstate. All but one of the T-birds and the Fairlane were in mint condition, and all but the Fairlane were being driven.

Not much today. Saw a NICE Studebaker Starlight coupe ( Studebaker Starlight - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) and a CTS V-spec or whatever idiotic alphagibberish name Cadillac gave it.

Saw a Porsche Speedster yesterday. I had thought it was a VW coupe thingy but I saw a glint of gold on the long, curved hood. It's probably a replica though. That's the same car as Frank Bullitt's girlfriend drove right?

Saw a CRX Si. Don't see those around often.

A couple Evolutions and new Toyota Corollas.

One Bentley Continental GT Flying Spur.
