Hey Iv seen them race those at the fair once. Apparently they are realy hard to balace because all the dudes were tippin over. (either that or they were drunk) They do go fast and are good and loud.

I knew a couple of guys that sell them. They're really fun to ride, but scary too. You have to really lean into corners because everything is so top heavy.
