Sketches (Esperante)

Here's a slew of some recent sketches. The first is one I made just last night of a 1970 Dodge Coronet. The second is of my own modification design for a 914, and the last is a year old sketch of the WTC. If you hang tight and I have time, I will present you with a sketch of something I have never even tried before...

Nice sketches, only problem I see w/ the first is the spoiler being off-angle.

very good. I Especially like the skyline drawings.. how often do you draw? do you have any more drawings (on the pc)?

I really havent been drawing much lately. I dont really draw cars that much anymore I like to do more design related stuff.. heres a scan of a Logo that it i parodied with the Xarzy name/alias..

Exactly. I'm really not a great physical artist, but the little details I put in help to show what I'm doing. Like look at the Chicago skyline in the Coronet pic-anyone can do it, it's just messy lines slapped together. It's just a matter of patience. That's why I usually avoid working in pencil.

yes very nice i like them. they are all nice except on the first sketch the tires seem fairly small. but it still looks great expecially the body.

That's about the correct size of Coronet tyres, though...

those sketches are very good, but coronet's the spoiler is in bad angle i think. wheels are rather too small for me too. and the building between WTC towers is in bad angle too i think. but still, very good sketches
@ xar - this drawing looks very good! you've got interesting technique
