F'ing beautiful. Sorry to ask but, in order for it to be official, it has to be egg nog tested. (I trust you 100%, don't worry.)

Isn't having it parked next to his other car proof enough?

I just got back from driving it for the first time.....and im still kinda shaking

It literally scared me to drive it, not only for its worth, but the sheer power was amazingly different compared to my dinky little ranger

Anyways, im not going to do an ownership test, seeing as it is my dad's, and it is parked right next to my Ranger which i already proved on the test.....

btw did you notice my carbon fiber taillights? Closet i could get to enzo jk

The car (at least in appearance) has been restored to showroom stock. Modifying that would lessen its collector value. Kinda like putting a Chevy 350 in a Ferrari 250 would ruin its value.

it ruins the value, because this car did not have that option back then. Thats why the hooker headers are considered "original" because they were available back then in 69.

But it all depends on what part you are modifying...here are the only things you can do and still be original and have huge car value

new nowaday Wheels and tires, but keep orinal if possible

paint can be changed, but original is preferble by hardcore collectors

not much else can change without huge devaluing

....but then again with the paint.....this car would probably sell at higher price as is, rather than its original yellow paint, because of the younger millionaires these days....for example at barrett jackson, my camaro wouldve sold for around $280-$300 thousand, beacuse they either dont know or dont care if the paint is changed.

Its a tricky concept

The muscle car market is really strange, especially in an auction environment like Barret-Jackson. One car, all original, may sell for $250,000; and the next car that's the same model/year but has lots of aftermarket parts may only sell for $75,000. Sometimes a modified car will outprice a low-mile, matching numbers, original car. Sometimes it won't. It's really about finding a buyer who wants your car.

Another vid of Werty's Camaro

It's hard to sense the speed, but they're actually doing 75mph by the end of the vid.

We were barely even touching the gas pedal and shifting at 4000, we going to push it to 6500 next saturday and its going to fly

We havent pushed the car to its potential yet because we still have to break in the motor. Only has 170 miles
