The only one who couldn't laugh with all this, was the Belgian Police. They set up special controls and manged to take in 18 driver licenses and also wrote a big number of speeding tickets...

Some stupid idiot, British, decided to do 141mph down the M20 to Dover.
He now has no license, and a hefty fine. If he'd waited untill he was on the continent: 750 Euro fine. More proof, though it isn't needed, that money doesn't buy you brains. Unless you've got some sort of dodgy deal with a local morgue, but that isn't the type of brains I am talking about.
