He has to, the other car is slower and the race is setup so that they both cross the line more or less at the same time.

the sleeper look must really be in atm or something because the fastest WRX in the world (as of a few months ago if i remember correctly) lives in australia.. and its actually an impreza RX! haha
looks stock as the day it was bought, right down to the rear drum brakes! but sure enough it pumps out 600ish kw at all 4 wheels
