Try Duke Video. They're based on Isle of Man but ship worldwide.
They've a large catalogue of videos and DVDs.
I'm not related to the company other than they get my TT DVD order each year
I've seen small specialist companies selling the old BP and Esso films from the 50s, 60s and 70s at classic car shows. DOn't remember if they did F1 and I don't have any links/contacts - sorry.
Good luck....

I have been ordering from Duke Video UK (not Duke USA) for years for my BTCC, MotoGP and World Superbike DVDs. They ARE good!

Tried to order the F-1 2001 Video (not available on DVD somehow ) but was told I couldn't because of licensing (I live in the U.S.). Then last year I was able to order the F-1 2003 DVD from them. So I don't know if you're going to have problems for them to ship to Brazil.

"Sports Seen" (UK) used to release a lot of older racing videos too but is kind of hard to find now.
