Race Day at Pukekohe Track, New Zealand

Hey guys, i went to NZ V8 race day a week ago and took a few pics...
Sorry for not using the proper UCP attachment system. I'm on 56k and it would take forever for me to upload my pics

Anyways, here's a little preview of my Gallery.
Oh yeah, i took a few videos as well... here's a couple:
NZV8-1
NZV8-2

Enjoy

It was someone's car. I have never seen one before aye... so that was a pretty good experience

thanks for posting....
as always my advice would be to rename the pics to make them recognisable for others and to allow easy filing for yourself.

the white one ?? reg LA1005 ???

It's a Lotus Elite type 14 built from 57-63.
Used the ubiqitous Coventry Climax engine to power a fibreglass momocoque body with excellent handling.

As an early pioneer of fibreglass they all suffer from crazing in the gel coat.

Still not enough to detract from the georgeous lines tho

PS: Wouter, check the spelling it's NOT CoNventry Climax That's one of my usual typing probs
