Click the link, click on "Free" (meaning free download)... Then you'll have to wait for about 30 seconds (you'll see the time on your screen). After that introduce the "key" that they give you and click download.

i click on free and it gives me a 56 minutes wait
i wait 56 minutes it claims that my ip address is already downloading something but is not my ip it asks me to wait 56 minutes

yeah, bummer, d, welcome to BT's pooled IPs on their gateways.
Thsi is goign to happen to mroe and more people as more companies take network architecture more seriously and start being much more "dynamic" in their IP allocation. Life's a bitch ! Complain to RapidShare that their check doesn't work on BT networks -- and be prepared for the stock reply "you shoudl pay for an account and avoid the hassles"
