It's EVO's 100th issue this month and they've done a big celebration issue (another essential purchase!)

As part of it they did a trackcars vs supercars test and they've put up some of the videos of it:

i'm already a member of the site so i don't know if you need to be one to view these. you may be able to get a couple for no login. but it is worth signing up you get some good stuff from time to time!

Methinks EVO should invest in some better video camera equipment if they're gonna continue with this sort of thing, the quality of some of the vids is shocking!

It is a VERY good issue of the magazine though, it has to be said.

I enjoyed the group tests immensely - and I also think it proves very interesting that they think that the (bog standard) Skyline GTR (R34) and Honda NSX-R are almost equal to the 997 GT3 in terms of feedback detail and control - no doubt people will continue to lambast both cars for being "too heavy" in the case of the Skyline and "too underpowered" in respect of both - just goes to show that you shouldn't rely too heavily on the (ill-informed) opinions idiots on internet forums.

That the Integra type R is rated as the best handling front-wheel drive car (ever), and that the Impreza dispatched the Ford GT on the track should also shut some of those dour fools who think that the Japanese can't build good performance cars up.

Good to see the McLaren F1 putting the Veyron, Enzo, Carrera GT and Zonda in their place too.
