Oil Painting: DBR9

Hey guys, I have been in a oil painting class for about 4 months now and slowly progressing. This here is my 8th or 9th painting so far, and it is the first car I have ever painted. Right now I have 3.5 hours into it, but it's still not done...I'd say it's about half way. I'll post finished pics when its done. And yea I realize its not EXACT but this is all freehand and like I said, I havent been painting for very long.

Gorgeous work werty. I love the reflections of the tail lights in the underside of the wing, nice detail to capture there. Keep it up!!

i think, if your thinking about leaving it white, you should at least do a black fade from the top diagonally or something

Good point.

Leaving it completely blank is kind of bland though.

The DBR9 logo sounds like a good idea.
