You said this before you posted the link to The Stig: "I have no idea what so eve[r] but stig is in his name so... haha worth a shot." - so you had effectively given it away before anyone had the chance to be fooled into following the link and believing they may in fact see the Stig's identity - making the whole exercise useless. That is why nobody was going to fall for it in the first place. So perhaps YOU need to 'take it easy'.

Simply the fact that at this age he wouldn't be able to drive the way Stig does. I know 70-year old marathon runners, but the fact they're still able to do it doesn't mean they are still competitive. Just that.

His opinion represents a logical assumption. Of course you could say there is the possibility of a 60 year old doing the Stig's job, but it is quite unlikely. You could assume that someone in their 60s would be beginning to 'lose their touch', as the aging process begins to affect their coordination, among other things.
