2008 Renault Sandero

A new global product built on the Logan basis, but a bit shorter (4,02 meters against 4,25). Nevertheless, the car doesn't lose in a roomspace - wheelbase remained the same.
The car will have four engines: 1,5dCi diesel, 1,0 gas and two 1,6 gas engines differing in valves number, power and torque. The gas engines are using the Flex Fuel system which allows them to work either on gas or bioethanol.
Cheep one, as even no airbags in base... First time Sandero will be made in Curitiba, Brasil, production starts in December. Later the car will be exported to Argentina.
Also a European version will appear soon. Sandero will be sold under the Dacia name in Europe since year 2008.

Yet another pointless car. Its not a clio, but not a megane. But its pointless. If you want a bigger hatchback you get a megane, if you want a smaller hatchback you get a clio. Why on earth would you want to get a MUCH uglier in-the-middle version?

don't measure everyone by your country's standards.remember this one's aimed at south america, where they have cars like volkswagen gol or fiesta sedan - would they make any sense in uk?


my two cents - reshape the front a bit and you'll get logan hatchback or just put a dacia badge and you have a possible logan facelifted version

Yeah, read a description - it's built of Logan
