In most areas of Japan the speed limit is about 60kph on the open roads. The tollways are faster but not nearly as fast as they are here stateside.

It's not the same meeting. As you can read in the clip's description, it was a meeting at some parking place along an expressway and only 18 F40s were present, not 36.
