Lambo doors....ruined? POLL
I saw this on another forum and had to share.

But then I got thinking about it....do you guys think this "trend" makes lambo doors on a real lambo more cool or lame?

Well, the caption of the pic is untrue for one thing....Murcielago's do have scissor type doors.

The scissor doors in the V12 Lambos are cool looking, but sort of a pain in the butt. I'm not a big Aston Martin fan, but the doors on the DB9 are probably my favorite doors in automotive history.

I personally love scissor doors on the murcielago and other supercars, but when I see rice or even american cars and trucks with them I throw up a little in my mouth

its completely tasteless

"hey my 5k car would look great with that classic supercar idea, I think I will do that to mine"

I think the way the ricers overused them makes any scissor doors a bit cocky.

It's beyond pedantic, but I'll go ahead and remind everyone that they were introduced on an Alfa Romeo 33/2 based show car. It might be better to call the "Gandini doors."

they are no longer as exotic as they once were. You looked like you were coming out of space ship in the 80's. Now they are no longer as special, but still look great on a lambo.
