I think that it will be even more interesting not to mention educational if you added descriptions to the pictures...

such as the name of the cars...

i'm really interested in cars from different countries like Russia, since there aren't so much pictures of them on the interwebz, much less at decent resolutions, and the majority of site about them are in Russian or other languages i don't know so...post more!

So, where do you actually live? The flag says 'Russian Federation', but the numberplates are Ukrainian

Okay! Here' some from my neighbourhood.

1) Looks like new Vaz-2107
2) Volga 3102, the general's and ministers car
Probably some ex-general going to country house

The Niva is still sold here as Lada Niva and can reularly be spotted on 4x4 terrains around here. Just wondering, since you mentioned them as Vaz 2121Niva, are these built at a different plant or something or are it just badge-engineered versions sold here ?

Heh, cannot say for sure, but think they were made in Tolliaty, USSR where other nivas for USSR were also made. Just badges changed.
Now Nivas are made also in Kazakhstan, and Ukraine by the way. But for local markets.

Here's A pickup made on Izh factory, the base is 2105, the ODA is removed from marked, and Izh makes 2105 now , and made 2106 till 2006 year if im right

I'm guessing the fire trucks are old Mercedes (since they have the badge on the hood) with a Ziegler or Rosenbauer fitting on them. It's some great German quality stuff.
