Lost a link I had for a similar compact design by a US guy.
The trick wit the US one was the games did NOT need modifications to work with the simulator. His patented technique snooped the memory locations for the forces in the physic engines and mapped them to movements. The clip was VERY impressive and worked with fight sims ans well as cars. $20,000 per seat though
