most ppl of UCP would do it for free, and untill you get to 20 rep yourself, you cant give rep out..

ummmm.....whoa. nice pic (not). im never coming here again in case i see that and am disturbed for life.

1) You need 20 rep to give out rep, right now you have 16 and can't give it out
2) You hsouldn't need to bribe people with rep to get any help.
