Found this before whilst searcing through some other forums thaught you guys might like to have a quick peek at the link

VW doesn't compete in the WRC, with a car like the R36 they should though. I wonder why Audi isn't competing

A picture from an internal Volkswagen meeting has leaked showing what appears to be a Golf RS. Rumours say that it could either have a 280bhp version of the TFSi engine or the 3.6-litre narrow angle V6 from the recently unveiled Passat R36.
EDIT The other pictures are from recently spotted test mules of the R36/RS. From WCF/Autopareri.

As far as I know, it's really going to be called R36. So it's going to be a useless Golf on top of the GTI/R32... and as Ferrer already mentioned: it will get the same engine as the Passat R36...
