JAE (Japanese Automobile Extravaganza ) '04

Hey people! these are some pictures from the JAE at Billing Aquadome in Northamptonshire. The bottom left thumnail is a MR2 Roadster by the way and its the only model they made for racing in! Just a prioject toyota did. For further studies and design tecniques in the MR2 body and Motor.

That F1 tribute Toyota did on that MR2 is just, well, odd.

GAH, and Lambo doors, too!!?? I see the Rice invasion hit England HARD!!!

yeah its origional... speaking of an Mr2 ive got 1, really reliable, but parts can get expensive

That s2000 aint that bad looking. If they would have just left of the bodykit or made it more subtal, loweredthe height of the spoiler and knock off abit of the angle, and kept the original mirrors. It would look pretty good. Photochoppers anyone? Generally I dont like the look of cf hoods uness theyre painted the same as the car. They just dont look right when they keep the cf look, its just a big black area on the car, but yellow s2000's can really pull it off well.

As for the black RX-7, well, thats just ugly

There's a kid I know who had a CF hood on his Accord(had, car was stolen last week) and when he did the custom paint on it he mixed a very small amount of blue(color of car) into the clear coat. When the car was sprayed and finished it was really quite attractive, from a distance the hood looked blue like the car, but up close the CF showed through and with an almost 3D effect.

some of those cars look like they could race but the rest of the lot are just ricey!

i hope the black car with the trunk up dosent drive like that!

thats why its called japanese auto Extravaganza, all kinds of strange body mods(except for lambo doors, those aren't so strange)

some of those look kool though.
