Well this year they do:

Baden-Baden (German)
Lugano (Switzerland) via St.Moritz
Monaco
Saint Tropez

But it changes every year (2004 beeing their 4th run I think).. last year I catched up with them in Geneva, this year the pics were taken in Lugano.. who knows next year, bur usually Switzerland is a good bet to see them somewhere
