i'm assuming its because of your flash, reflecting off the white floor?

could indeed well be. UCP's main photographer also had complains about the floor.

That quite explains the extinguisher. If I was the passenger I would travel all the way with it in my hands and pointing to my balls.

many claims have already been made on these forums so a certain natural cautioness has crept into many members. But yes pics have to be taken by yourself and within the current or the previous months.
