Eh, kind of, I had a moon rise entry two weeks ago and this is from that same night but obviously different picture. With this one I decided to go for a detailed moon and no other scenery whereas my other one was moon reflection off the lake.

I like it a lot. not that much of curvy result like the fish eye lenses and acutely it's wider than a lot of those lenses. its perfect for landscape photography. google this "sigma 10-20mm vs." you can see it beats a lot of other lenses!

For the wide angle lenses there is two things you have to know, that you can't use the internal flash because it doesn't cover all the view. also you can't use thick filter it cause vignetting. Acutely i want to get a glass filter or something thin to protect my lens from scratches, but i don't know how thin it should be.

Just for comparison, on my 17-85mm I use a normal UV filter which adds a little vignetting (only when shooting wide open), and a 5mm polarizer made for wide angle lenses, which really doesn't vignette much at all. Although sometimes when shooting totally wide open I notice the odd dark corner with the thin CPL.

A rather cheap Hoya UV-filter does not cause any visible vignetting for me here when shooting with my Pentax 18-55 mm lense at the minimum 18 mm.
