Zandvoort ! Did it in a few games and not too long ago in real life. It is a hugely technical circuit with full throtlle turns and slow twists. Plenty of places to overtake too.
Apart from the ones already mentioned, Montjuïc.
Mont Tremblant is interesting old style track.
