Handball Where You Live
was having a talk with a friend about the sport of handball (played with a little blue ball hit against any even wall-there are courts that are often used)
how common is handball where you live? i took a guess that our 13yr olds would say its more common than our 20+ members please answer the poll ^ :)

It's not very common at all over here but I know of it and it seems to be a good game. Wouldn't mind playing it sometime.
oh BTW, you lost it a while ago ;) :p

We've got another different style of handball, but it's more four square than handball as most people know it.
There is two groups at my school who play, and the divide is huge; one plays big courts, the other little. the little game is fun to watch, but the big courts is better to play because it relies more on effort than reactions.

not sure adding a poll qulifies as a "multimedia" thread... moving to MISC

Is this like wallball?
Throw the ball against the wall, and try to catch it, and if you don't, you run to the wall before someone throws the ball at the wall?
If not, never heard of it.

I play that at my school, it's pretty damn fun overall. :)
-
I see it when someone in soccer toches the ball with there hand:D
That's how common.

In Mexico, the only type of "ball" game that's everyware is played with your feet. Handball, noware to be found here. Seen it on ESPN though. :)

very much so, more like raquet ball since the ball doesnt need to get heated up as much to bounce well
