He could get to park it for 5 days of the week and elsewhere for the other 2.
Hence "partial" :)

It's like saying that I'm partially married. :D
as in there are cars not undecover atm, but i made space by shoving the mini clubmans into a shipping container, and the cooper and the spitfire share the shed
Or partially drunk.
Wait I am partially drunk.
lol :D

she is annoyed at the problem of lack of garage space :D
most recent pics. haven't got my fuchs fitted at the moment, have been using the cup wheels for track use
what on earth are you doing in pic 4?
I believe he is getting massively out of focus
I believe he is getting massively out of focus
that goes for all of the pics....
locking up the brakes i believe
the track is tight with changes in elevation, and crosses over itself several times in that you have to go over the same bit twice :)

so that is actually understeer on a 911?
i definately do not remember any understeer on the day, as that would have resulted in an off
i don't really remember that instant very well but i do think it was my right tires that are producing the smoke, most likely from braking?

well it looks like you are preparing for a right hand turn....with turn on, on the wrong side of the road and your inner front brake locked up.....
wrong side of the road..? it's not that much wider than the car itself :D
probably a result of me braking later than i was supposed to. the tail did swing around iirc (or on one of the runs, each driver had 8 runs all up)
overall was quite an educational race day, a lot different to the normal circuit sprints
since all the cool kids are doing it

Is it practical?
yes.
if you don't have to carry more than one passenger, don't need to carry anything more box-shaped than flat, don't need much ground clearance, and require some sort of attachment to keep chicken warm.

Is it economical?

yes. 10L/100km. can usually make 880km on a highway trip.
Is it fun to drive?
yes, until it all goes tits up
at which point it's just pants-shittingly intense

Will it break down all the time?
no. regular servicing and it's fine, engine has done the equivalent of 200,000km since i got it, and all i had to replace was the fuel pump.

Is it easy to park?
hrm..well visibility is not the greatest, and reversing is impossible when wearing a helmet. but most situations..you'll manage. because you'll be parking in the empty corner of the car park away from everyone else.

What if I go to a Shopping Centre and get chased by baddies in a Corvette?
you will die before you get to the shopping centre.
Is it green?
yes. the materials and energy required to make this car has already been expended. i'm recycling!
Can I afford it?
won't live long enough to find out perhaps.. :p

What If I'm asked to take part in a beach assault with the Royal Marines?
well, it will fit on the landing craft, and it has the structural bracing and rollcage to take a beating....
but as soon as you nose off the landing craft, that front lip will just act as a shovel, and you'll be stuck with the ass end in the air, as those ludicrous stripes draw the fire of every weapon in the area.

That's a nice picture of it the last one!
Have you seriously done 800.000 km's in it since you got it????!!!!
Jeez.. you must be living behind that wheel...
not literally :p
trying to give an equivalent of normal driving, 1 lap of QR/lakeside/morgan park = 500km normal road driving in terms of wear and tear, is what i am told :)
