For a bit if fun, here's a Sansa-converted clip of my appearance on the BBC news - yes me in the background between my two daughters cars competing on the rally :D Not the best original quality, but gives you an idea of size/frame rate etc.[/QUOTE]
I get a very short show of Angus Graham stepping into his 1935 Aston Martin, and then it stops...

iPod... never anything else.

ok. After much deliberation i think I'm going to go for the Creative Vision M. The fact that its only £20 more than a nano/sansa swung getting a HD player for me.
the creative seems to be a bit more solid, has wider audio/video capabilities and an fm radio.
the only question now is what colour :)

also does anyone have one? what is the software like??
EDIT: right it just as well i checked something. the creative vision m does NOT work with windows 2000 (which is what i have)
guess that kind of makes the choice very easy!
Ipod 30Gb it is.

Nano, Zen, or any Sony is good for me:D

Daughter has the Pink :)
All round very good.
Major drawback tho is lack of accessories compared to iPod.
So can't get it fitted in the RX8 :(
Software is fine ... we dont' use built-in MediaPlayer or iTunes access tho'. Not needed.
Good choice -- but I purchased in the US which was a BIG discount given £:$ rate :D)
