oh i don't need to live on ujazdowskie or krakowskie przedmiescie, i just need to share a student flat few minutes from direct centre and from what i see it's not THAT difficult
I live with my grandma up in Massachusetts during the week cause I work up there. Then I come back down to Connecticut for the weekends and stay with my parents.
Only 16, living with Mum, Dad and sister, soon a new puppy too, moving to a new, bigger house at the very beginning of 2008 :D
I am stuck with Ultimatecrpage or somtihng,,,,,
I rent a house with my boyfriend. We have a pretty good deal on the rent since we're renting it from a friend. $400/month for a two bedroom house. Cheaper than an apartment of the same size, that's for sure.
And it has nice high ceilings... I'm jealous.
The wife and I bought our house last year...
my wify and i will buy eventually, but with moving every 2 years or so, its rather difficult. the house we are in now i woudl like to buy and fix up. its big and has the makings of a nice yard, and a great neighborhood.
the one problem is, i am ready to move.
and i know i will be moving, but as of right now, i have no idea where, or when. i'll be in the next place for 2 years, but it is unlikely that it will be in the vicinity of a major navy base. compund that with my desire to spend those 2 years in europe, means it wont be for quite a while that i will buy.
You live in Florida. What do you expect?!? :)
I know... I was talking about it with my wife yesterday and took a decision. I'm gonna sell this place, pay off my loan, and rent. I'm paying $1320 plus $209 condominium.. so around $1530 monthly. I can get a bigger apartment for $1100 - $1200 renting, no condominium fees... I'll be saving $300 - $400 per month (good monthly payment for a Nissan 350Z ;) ) My current loan is Interest Only... so I'm just dropping money and going nowhere.
I live on my own in my lofty apartment. I pay around USD$700 a month for a 10 year mortgage, but I only owe about 25% of what it cost. Interest rate is aprox. 14% annual, which I think is pretty expensive compared to what you guys pay. That's with 5% inflation by the way. Interest rates for other stuff, such as cars, or credit cards is around 24%   so I don't owe almost anything else than the mortgage.
