10 second cars!

Which street legal cars can do 0-200 km/h in (under) 10 seconds?

i dont think i have ever seen performance tests for 200kmh, not here in teh US, atleast

I believe the CCR can do that... and as far as modified cars go there's a bunch of them, mostly American cars.

yep....i had my conversion a little out of sync

its 200 * .621

not 200 * .609

i know the ssc sc/8t does the 1/4 mile in 10 secs so its quite possible that it fits into this category

I believe that the claimed performance figures for the Porsche Carrera GT at the launch were 9.9secs to 200km/h.

I think the Ferrari Enzo was claimed to do it in 9.6secs, but I'm 100% sure on that one.

Basically only a handful of hypercars can make it in under 10secs I think. :)

Bugatti Veyron: Zero to 150mph..............11.0 sec

If it can do 0 - 150 in 11 seconds I'm sure it can do 0 - 124 in less than 10 seconds. :)


EDIT: Standing 1/4-mile............10.8 sec 140 mph Hmmm... 140 - 150 in 0.2 sec??? :confused: A bit contradictive, don't you think?

The only stock car that I know of thats a 10 sec car is a Porsche 911 GT1.

hemi dart's could run in the 10's

I dont think THe enzo can Mclarenf1 or the carrera gt can. They are all 11 second cars.
