Wasn't that actually Honda Fit, instead of Fitta? Here it has always been Jazz though.

You're correct. It is Fit, not Fitta. It was named 'Fit', as it made good use of space, such as having the fuel tank somewhere under the seat, therefore there was more space in the back to 'FIT' luggage, etc. But..the name 'Jazz' just spoilt it.
From what I've heard, it was supposed to be launched as Fitta, until the word got out to the Nordic offices of Honda. Then they changed the name to Jazz/Fit.
There was also a special edition Golf Mk1 convertible, in pink with white leather called the "Fancy Boy" ;) None imported to the UK, though :D
A special edition of the Mk 1 Fiesta was called the Party.
The Ford Fiesta Party...
i think the fierro was one of the sillyiest names out there.

No way.
That's up there with the Chrysler Town and Country and the Mitsubishi Super Exceed... :p
Kitty is definitely the worst name I have ever heard.
Subaru Legacy Touring Bruce- Bruce Willis whored himself out to Subaru in the 90's - 2000s and they named a Legacy trim after him.
and yeah, Kitty is one lame-ass name. :p
