If you can't it's basically a Frua designed Coupe on the base of the Opel Diplomat B. It had the 327 V8 from GM which made 230bhp and was transmitted to the rear wheels via a 3-speed auto gearbox. It weighted 1600kg. Top speed was 220km/h (137mph), and 100km/h came in 8"7 seconds.
Was this a concept only?

No, I believe more than one was made, I suppose as a very limited edition car.
This concept became the (Erich) Bitter CD.

Welcome and thanks for clearing up that one. Yet it looks like the original design went through some changes especially related to the rear part of the glass house obviously also done by Frua...
