I just bought a new edition of "F1 RACING" and it came with a dvd, the dvd is about a new kind of motosport... where there is no team racing, just COUNTRIES! only 25 countries will be able to join, one car per country... the prize money is 1 million US dollar!!! *ka-ching!* this makes it the most expensive in the world... the cars are specially designed for this race... with 5 litre (i think) 90 degree V8 that makes 550BHP! the design of the car is similar to an F1 car... what is this sport u wonder? it's called the A1 Grand Prix

a few countries has already join... and i cant wait for this series to start! i'm sure some of u have heard about A1 before as the first news about this came out about a year ago... but i havent, and i'm sure some others havent heard of this before too.

A1GP is still a fledgling formula looking for some real backing.
It was originally formed to 'replace' F1 but as that seems less likely they've been playing aroudn with different ways to operate and promote.

thats true... 1million wont pay off anything, but it's still the highest prize money in motosport series. I forgot to mention that the president of A1 GP is a young man who happens to be the son of the King of Dubai, he's probly in his high 20's or low 30's... he seems to be very proffesional, smart, and friendly (saw the interview on dvd).
