The Audi R8C and the upcoming Riley LMP are the only other prototype cars I can think of. These of course being only genuine prototype cars.

I loved LMPs with roofs, they looked a lot better back then. I hope they can make LMPs like the 787B and the Sauber in the future.

There is also the Nissan R390 GT1. that had the roof on it as well.
But then B4 that you are really goin back to GT1 racing times with the Mercedes CLK-GTR/CLR, Porsche GT1, etc.

Dome is rumored building an LMP1 with a roof ..
also Zytek the last LMP with roofs were the Bentley and the Panoz GTR1 .that run in LMP GTP class last year i think
