what is it

This little thing I shot in the club area at the Silverstone Classic of 2005. I think it was Italian, there is a badge on it, but no further type indication. Anybody?

How appropriate that you should come up such a vintage oddball for your 10,000 post!

In answer to your question, I have no idea. Sorry

Did you get a better look/shot of the badge, or a shot of the rear end by any chance?

this was 9999 (post 10,000 is something special)
I made one other shot, but under the same angle just the other side of the car..If somebody would say it is a Ginetta with a roof I would believe it, but it was an Italian club stand

It reminds me of a devin-bodied MG.

That, at least is Italian, but more details would be welcome...

Similar, but the TZ1 has more of "bread-van" style fast-back design to it. Henk's little oddity seems to have quite a short, rounded back end from what I can see.

TZ1...

I hope nobody suggests that if it was a TZ1 I would have asked the question?

It's Mike Eagles' MILANO GT Mk1 raced regularly in UK historics

Italian name but that's all ---- it's AUSTRALIAN

Another "special"

I'll post you a pic of the badge if you need confirmation -- just not doing it publicly as it's in the comp thread as one-to-come ( now has to be delayed )

It looks quite a bit like an old TVR Griffith, but the front's not quite right. And of course TVRs are British, which might also rule it out.

EDIT: And I spent too much time searching and this post is now irrelevant. Ignore me at will.

To be honest I must say it is just a wild guess, but the rear end reminds me of Spanish Pegaso cars.
