I have an idea.
Evrytime you click on the new thread button, you must answer a questinaiire...a short one, like 3 little boxes that poup one after the other one when you answer them. 1. did you try google? 2. are you spaming? 3. are you SUUURE your not spaming the forums? or maybe require a minimum post count before you are able to create a thread...like 50 or 100 posts....
