Scott Speed retained for 2007
Finally the guys at Toro Rosso decided who'll be the second driver for this year, alongside Vitantonio Liuzzi. So, apart from Toro Rosso's test driver(s) we now know the full grid.
Though, honestly, I have no idea why they stick with Speed. He's as mediocre as it gets.

I guess they think he has potential and that he'll get motivated to work harder this year.

Scott Speed sucks. The only reason they are keeping him is they can't find another American they want to take in.
I have a suggestion: ME I could drive better than Speed for sure ![]() |

I think that's why. There are a lot of worse choices and it's not like TR can pick the cream of the lot. My thoughts on Scott Speed are quite neutral, I don't think he's bad nor good but I have to admit I had pretty low expectations with him to begin with. Imo giving him "another go" isn't the worst of choices. Who knows maybe he'll get a point or two during the season?

Sorry, i know you may be joking, but, if you have never been in something performance oriented, i.e. rotax, shifter kart, etc. I don't think you will fully grasp the amount of physical and mental prwoess that comes with driving. Most kart races go form 10-12 laps, and trust me by the time you are done for the day, you are physically drained. Not to mention you have to drive your 10/10's or face losing positions, that is how hard it is. next come the fatigue and mistakes. I could delve into experiences more so. But i think i made my point.

What kind of car was it? Were you pushing it to the limits? Did you experience cornering G force's? Sit in a shifter or rotax and drive as fast and hard as you can for 12 laps straight, with out making a mistake, then tell me it is easy to do. But until you rack up experience, i call BS, on your experience. think you could do that for 60+ laps in a F1 car? Have you even come close to experiencing an f1 car? Most likely, you haven't. Sorry to burst your bubble, but i highly doubt you are supernatural. It all depends on how good of shape you are in as well.

We have a program here in america where at the age of 12 the child can make a decision to have their sense of humor removed. I chose this option. So, to answer your question, no i don't have one.
On the other hand, that was a joke? sarcasm is a hard thing to portray through an internet forum. |

But then again, with your sense of humour removed, you probably wouldn't know a joke if it came and slapped you in your face. ![]()

No, that was just the contents of a disgruntled patrons' glass splashing on your face.
